This tour was awesome! Our guides were extremely knowledgeable on kayaking, the ecosystem and they also made us feel very safe. There were times it was very dark and did get a bit scary but we never felt unsafe because of them. They taught us a lot of cool information about the wildlife and they were a fun group of guys. The only thing we didn't like was that other kayaks ( not in our tour) did not have lights on them so it is a safety hazard. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys being outdoors, people who are active and also like water sports. :)

The guides and staff were excellent. They were very serious about safety and respect for the environment, giving us a detailed tutorial prior to the tour. Since most of the journey is in darkness until you reach the lagoon, and the channel was quite crowded, the experience is really about the educational information communicated by the guides and the knowledge that what we saw was a rare phenomenon. In fact, we wished we could have done the kayaking in the daylight to witness the channel and wildlife.

Amazing adventure. Significantly superior to other kayak tour groups we passed. We researched several operators and Enchanted was by far the best. It was evident when we were passing other tours. The kayaks were in much better shape, guide to tourist ratio of 1 to 4 and most importantly much safer. Enchanted had orange water proof lights on each tourist. Yellow lights on the boats and red lights on the guides. So everyone knew where everyone was. The other tours only had dim glow Sticks on the kayaks nothing on the tourists. If someone fell in - good luck finding them. The content was fabulous. Learned a lot about the islands ecosystem. The whole family had the adventure of a lifetime. Make the smart choice. Go with this professional outfit. As you pass the other groups you will be very happy with your choice!!

1st time ever on kayak and did pretty good. Friendly staff cares about the safety of the guests. Don't bring any camera equipment, it will be too dark to see much less take pictures or video.
