One of my favorite activities I did in Puerto Rico. The guides were very nice and knew answers to a lot of the questions I asked. It was also very refreshing coming onto the boat and seeing a spread of fruit and smiling faces. I would definitely take this tour again. Thank you Juan and Michael!

The bio tour was amazing! Catalina was the first one to greet us and she was very pleasant and helpful to speak to. Javier was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and funny. I went with a group of 5 so Javier was nice enough to go with me instead of me kayaking by myself. He not only explained the bay but also the stars (which I loooove and lost a bet to him lol). One of my friend had never kayaked before and was staying behind from the rest of the group. Xavier was extremely nice and hooked her kayak to his and brought her and her kayak partner to the bay. These guys are great! Shout out to Javier, Xavier, Catalina, and Michael.

Everything delivered as advertised - solid communications up front (where to be when and how to get there) plus a few reminders to ensure no confusion. The kayaks were newer and we were lucky enough to hit on a great night; sliver of moonlight, recent rains added fresh water to the bay plus some cloud cover. Definitely an experience worth $50.

Maybe my expectations were too high from reading other reviews, but this was more of a kayak tour than what was described on their website. The in-brief prior to departing provides kayaking 101, but doesn't discuss what to expect on the tour, what will occur once you reach the lagoon, etc. Once in the lagoon, they tethered all the kayaks together, the guide spent 15 minutes giving an astronomy lesson, then they pulled a large tarp over the group to create total darkness and told us to splash in the water to see it light up. This lasted for about 5 minutes and the spectacle was nothing special, then it was time to start paddling back to the dock. So basically a lot of paddling, 5 minutes of splashing with a tarp over our head and nothing spectacular. All that said, the tour guides were nice and the customer service was good. I enjoyed the kayaking but given that this was not advertised as a kayak tour, rather a bio bay tour, I couldn't give it more than 3 stars.
