Here's why I give Milwaukee Vein & Laser Center 4 stars even though I didn't actually purchase any services: Because their website clearly states that facial hair may not be a good candidate for their services. Because their friendly and professional staff were super responsive when trying to book my appointment and when I needed to try to change it. Because when I got there and spoke to one of the licensed nurses (Lisa) she told me that it would not be worth my money because I likely wouldn't get the kind of results I desired (damn this peachfuzz mustache!). Because she offered some good alternatives and took the time to explain to me the way laser hair removal versus electrolysis works. If the time comes that I decide to do laser hair removal on another area, I will 100% be returning to Beam. It's clear they pride themselves on a job well done. And from what I saw of the facility, it was lovely and very clean.

I had a few microdermabrasions here. I was very happy with the results. What really made this place stand out for me is that they took a lot of time to talk about my face care regime. Most people are not aware of how they should take care of their face. I really appreciated the education so I know what I need to do at home. Above and beyond. I also recommend the Osmosis line! A little pricy but, definitely worth it!

I was very disappointed to find out that the complimentary consultation I made an appointment for turned out to cost about $1,400. After insurance I was responsible for about $600. Extremely frustrating when the understanding was that the appointment was complimentary. Make sure you are clear what your appointment will cost you!
