I have been going to this threading lounge for around two years or so with my mother, but today was definitely our last time. There have been times when we were dissatisfied with the work, but it was only today that we actually said something. I feel like the lady who threaded my eyebrows made them uneven and kind of slacked off. One eyebrow was basically shorter than the other! When I requested a certain style, it literally didn't look at all like I wanted. The work has lost its quality time after time, and I also felt like they were being dishonest with us. They said that the reason my eyebrows weren't even was because they were CURLY. Really? My mother and I will definitely be going somewhere else from now on...

I went a week and a half ago to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I saw a lady, Minal, who was VERY sweet and I absolutely loved my experience here. Relatively painless, and no major redness for hours like waxing causes. I definitely recommend and will be going back in a couple weeks!
