Update 6/17/16.. They had a 2.1 rating last time I checked that all of a sudden shot up. (Super side eye) Of course I went here again as a last resort for a weave retouch and cut...I am still sitting here as I write this. I have been here for 5 hours and counting!! 5 HOURS AND COUNTING!!! JUST to get layers cut into my weave. WTTTTTTFFFFFF!?! I'm trying to not lose my SH*T. First of all I think I was skipped AT LEAST two times! They are NEVER getting my business again. Ladies you are all better off going on Craigslist to find a stylist! Heed my warning!!! Beware! Extreme a la carte services. It's REdiculous. The $50 sew in is simply a bait and switch. Once you get there just know they will slam you with charges for every single thing!! Heads up you cannot bring your child or children with you. No kids allowed. Service is subpar. Front desk receptionist never seems to know what's going on. You ask them about price or anything and they have to "consult" for the answer. How difficult could it be to learn prices and answers to probably the most commonly asked questions for the job you work at?! My very first sew in was unfortunately the best and only good one that lasted...and that was 2011. Also if you're a natural you might want to steer clear of you don't want your hair dried out and tugged while braiding.

The shop is super clean and organized, all the girls are really nice, this place is pricey, they sell bundles and if you bring your own hair you have to pay extra to use it, they charge for almost literally everything, from the braiding styles for the sew in, to cut & curl but you get exactly what you pay for , the end result is flawless , I will definitely be going back again and again once I save up. Even maybe consider different hair styles from just seeing the results from other clients.

Terrible! Scheduled an appointment got there and ask me to reschedule because the "braider" was not present! And they did not want to do anything for the inconvenience but reschedule and/or a free shampoo. I can wash my own hair. Do not go there unorganized and unprofessional.
