As much as it fit my vibes, it didn’t have everything I needed, I.e Jane Iredale. I love the location and the staff was very helpful.

Most of the staff at this location are respectful and highly professional. Unfortunately, I had to cancel an appointment earlier today. I sat in the lobby waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled time. 15 min is no big deal but no one asked what/who I was waiting for until I prompted them myself. It turns out, after calling the store, that there was a mix up of names, Haley and Hannah. The issue is/was, who I perceived to be the manager on duty, acknowledged that I had been waiting and there may have been a mix up but made no attempt to help. I watched as other patrons were helped promptly. Even after (eventually) I told someone I didn't feel up to getting the service anymore, the manager on duty did not feel the need to say anything as I walked out the door. Her excuse is that she was helping other person, but she could have easily told me to wait a few minutes. After calling the store back to speak with someone about my experience, Heather (the manager on duty who acknowledged the mix up) offered me a free facial, of which I declined. Free is great, but feeling like people are truly apologetic and sorry for your poor experience is priceless.

Ramona is a great facial-ist. I see her regularly and always feel balanced and clean after.
