I was previously a student in the nail care program and am currently a student in the new massage program. Initially, with the nail care program, I felt the program to be overlooked because it is not Elaine's specialty. It took a lot of fighting (not physically) to get the program to grow. Even though it seemed that Elaine overlooked us, I will say that her hiring of instructors certainly made up for what she lacked in caring about our program. It seems that the program has improved since I've returned as a new student. I'm not particularly fond of the owner herself. It is a personal issue and not a reflection of her establishment as a whole. She has certainly paid her dues and is still building the institute to be one of the most competitive and prestigious in the field of health and beauty. So far, I am thoroughly enjoying being a massage student. The instructor is amazing and the smaller class allows more attention to detail per student. As a student you receive complementary services so as to assist students with earning their required credits. Every interaction is professional but also comforting, as even though we may be in different programs, we are all fighting the same battle of becoming licensed in our passions while balancing work, family, and maybe a little play. Overall, I do recommend this place to any and everyone that would like a professional yet still slightly novice experience (for those just starting clinical work) at a reasonable price. The products are top of the line and the students are very knowledgeable about their specified trade. I do ask, that any of you so choosing to place an appointment with this establishment, even though we are students, we are learning professionalism in our field and we would appreciate the respect that you show to any other established business. Please respect our time, commitment, and passion to what we are doing so as for everyone to have a pleasant experience.

If you're looking for services this place is cheap and you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a school, keep looking. Again, this place is cheap and you get what you pay for. Actually you get less than you pay for. The staff is rude to customers and just as rude to students. They only have a few competent teachers and even though you pay for supplies you aren't given any. The products used on clients is of poor quality. I guess the owner thinks that the school having her name is all it needs to be successful but a school is only as successful as its students and the quality of the education they receive. This school does not provide a quality education.

I did a lot of research before choosing a school and I toured several of them. Honestly when I got to ESI I knew that was the place I wanted to be. Everything from the posh check in guest area to the staff from President to receptionist had class and we're extremely professional. Then you hear and bout the curriculum and all the machines you get to learn and how well they prepare you for state Board and no by the end there is no way you would ever dream of going anywhere else. It is the best school in Atlanta if not the country and I highly recommend anyone interested in becoming a make-up rtist or Esthetician nail tech or masseuse, there is no other school that comes close to comparing with Esi. Their instructors are caring and patient and funny and so very nurturing. They really want to see you succeed. I don't know about you but I never had that in any other school. Go there. Take a tour. Take my advice. CHOOSE ESI !!!!

It's my first time to elaine sterling. It has very nice environment, Good facial too. The lounge is very nice and peaceful, But all my good feeling about this place is GONE because the bad experience with the front desk receptionist TAYLOR she was so rude and impolite to me, She was huffing and puffing like she was upset, ,really rude I cannot hold myself. I asked her name, and I told her that I am not here to suffer her bad attitude. She denied she has an attitude. After I repeated to ask her name, she finally gave it to me. All in all, very good facial and very bad receptionists. I was really thinking of going back before the check out process. But now, I am sorry. I would not give them another business like this. A suppose to be a relax day off for me, turn out to be unpleasant at the end.
