I am very happy with my haircut I got here :) Sabrina was amazing and did a great job keeping the length and correcting the uneven haircut I got from a different salon. She took her time and made sure to keep it as long as possible which getting rid of my horrible dead ends and helped to balance and style. I highly recommend &Hair and will be back again soon.

I've visited Van Michael Salons in East Cobb, Norcross, and Sandy Springs and have never been disappointed. I visited this salon in preparation for my anniversary dinner and sure enough, I loved my haircut and felt fantastic walking out.
There are a plethora of stores at Avalon, so keep in mind that this salon is in between 2nd and 3rd Street - near L'octtaine and Kendra Scott, right across of Pinkberry. Please ask for Blake - he was wonderful! He gave me my haircut exactly how I wanted it and was very friendly to chat with - the time just flew by. A gem of a salon in Alpharetta and you can eat and go shopping afterwards.
The only downside was my wait of 20 minutes, but it sounded like that was a rare case.

I am extremely picky about salons, having been the victim of seriously bad haircuts and color jobs in the past. That being said, I researched salons in the Buckhead area, and found Van Michael Salon. I decided to give it a try, given the reviews I read. I am so glad I did! I cannot express how happy I am with my service. Anne colored my hair, and she did a phenomenal job! I wanted something as close to my natural color as possible, and she delivered. Bo trimmed my hair, and she is wonderful as well! Before cutting, she showed me exactly where my hair would fall after the trim, and gave me plenty of pointers for keeping it healthy. I didn't hesitate to book my next appointment. Thank you so much, Van Michael! You are awesome!! 😄

THIS SALON DESERVES NO STARS!!!! I went in with a full head of healthy hair to get color and a cut but now have a huge bald spot. They applied a peroxide color that was left on too long and not washed out properly. I discussed it with the manager (Lori Guyton) and sent her photos of the damage but she said it was just thinning from age even though the hair loss is one huge bald spot on the right side of my head. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! This salon was great at one time but now they allow anyone to work there. The entire visit was a disaster! I wish I had never scheduled the appointment. They deserve no stars! By the way, my stylists were Amber and Gray; I can not remember the name of the shampoo girl.

Issac is truly a magician! I went to him for the first time recently and am so very pleased with the final product. He was very good about taking time during my consultation to explain the process and the product being used. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a color specialist.
