I have been going to Michele for a year now and she is always professional and listens to exactly what I want! I'm so lucky I came across her and her gorgeous salon. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating! Five Stars For Sure!

Absolute worst salon. Simply because someone can open a business, it doesn't necessarily mean they should. I made an appointment with Michele (the owner) for a color and a cut. Nothing too complicated. She does not listen to what her customer wants, but does what she thinks would look better. When I looked in the mirror, the color I wanted wasn't even close to what I had requested, it was several shades darker and I looked like an old woman! This is why I do NOT like older women cutting, styling, or coloring my hair. She's in her late 50's, her talent is sub-par and I shouldn't have to go back for a redo after claiming you've been in the industry for a long time. She positioned herself in a high end area, with high end salon rates, but cannot deliver high end services. When I left, my expensive haircut/blowout was still wet! I had to go home and style it myself all over again after paying over $250. The other stylists seemed very unhappy. Maybe because they either felt uncomfortable or tired of listening to her talk about her new boyfriend and (what should be private) their sex life. Because I was! I should have known when I first walked in the door, she was unattractive and old, not someone who's current for a high end women's salon. I've been getting my hair done for years and never has it been this bad. My husband and I recently relocated but think I'll continue to make the trek back to my other salon in Buckhead.
