The worst salon ever - do not come here! I just walked out after waiting more than 40 minutes for a simple eyebrow threading that would take 5 minutes for them to do. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, they did not even acknowledge that I was there or ask me what appointment I came in for; instead, I got random bouts of eye contact and subsequent walking away without a single word spoken to me, even an apology or an estimated time in which they would get to me, in 40 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here and I will not be coming back again.

never again, definitely not for hair color. They did wrong color to my hair three times, each time probably training someone on my hair and promising to correct it. No customer service. She only wants your money. save your money, save your skin and save your hair.

Worst threading and hair cut services. Ridiculous behaviour and on top of that they charged me for the service that I have not even taken.

I've been going here for eyebrow threading for over a year and can't imagine going anywhere else. $6 for cash is the best price in town or anywhere that I know of. Thanks Ladies at Ruby's!
