Will not try another super clips again. I only went here because the Great Clips down the road had a 30min wait. I would have gladly waited 2 hours if I had known how bad of a haircut I was about to receive. The stylist didn't even brush off the hair from my forehead when she was finished. When I got home and styled my hair I noticed she had missed a massive spot on the top of my head! I should have know she was new and this was a bad idea when she was asking questions on how to input me into the computer system. Not to mention my entire haircut took her only 5-8mins. Now I'm just going to wait till it grows back out and go to Great Clips and have it done right. This is why you should not try new places when it comes to grooming.

Took my son to get his haircut since his dad needed one as well.. We got him sat down and she said she had this, she was a professional. Cool. I took comfort in that. It begins... She didn't assess his hair at all before she started cutting. She grabs up hair and cuts. That was it. He had a huge chunk missing from his temple. She apologized, said she didn't realize how thin his hair was underneath. (Well duh. You didn't look at his hair at all beforehand.) She made a random part and it is super short on top now bc he doesn't have a part naturally at all. She said she could blend it; the cutting continued. He is 2 so there was some looking around, and a bit of wiggle. No doubt. However, in my last experience when he would move the stylist stopped cutting. She got him back to where he needed to be. The stylist we had this time danced around him, going from spot to spot lifting and cutting what she could when she could. I wish that if she didn't feel confident in what she was doing she'd have stopped. So after she was done she asked the manager to 'fix' it. She wasn't getting the hairs I was pointing out around his ears either... and kept saying "...this happens, they are wiggly." No. This doesn't always happen. His last cut was perfect. If employees aren't experienced in handling small children say so! I was charged the full price (i wasn't expecting that after what my sons hair ended up looking like.) & my SO tipped well. I called toady and asked the manager, who said my son moved to much and caused all this.. lol. for a refund this AM. Nope. She took my name and said his next cut is free..... I don't plan on returning here. Not after this result. Ridiculous.

This is my go-to haircut stop in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy. Just simple cuts for affordable pricing ($16). I've found their cuts to be better than Great Clips and SportClips. Friendly people too. I've never been one to pay for a barber or hair stylist, so maybe I am missing out, but this works just fine for me.
