I received a gift cert of laser treatments from Groupon, when I started I was advise that after about 3-4 sessions that you see a difference and that for some people that is all you may need. Had 6 sessions that took about a mins time or two each session. No change to area. Not happy at all. Maybe it was becuase it was thur Groupon??

RIP OFF!! I paid over 500.00 for botox that did absolutely nothing, I have gotten botox at a doctor's office and 20 units worked great, at Body Del Sol, 40 units did nothing, nothing at all, they tried to make me think, it was just me, I will never go there for anything, ever!

I am very disappointed with their service. I tried to make an appointment online for a free facial they have for birthdays, I had option to choose 3 days and without me knowing they chose a day, later when I called to make a appointment on the phone a guy named Sam who introduced himself as a supervisor !!! said u already confirmed ur appointment and you missed it !!which I never did! And he said you can't get that birthday facial anymore ! When I was explaining he wasnt even listening, it was his way or no way. So unprofessional. I will never go there and will definitly spread how they handle this simple appointment situation !
