I love every time I walk into this Spa! I'm welcomed warmly, they know my name and treat me kindly. I rarely have to wait and love my facials from Casey! I have had the laser hair removal and my husband has been to the Spa as well. We both love the service we receive from Mystique. To those negative reviewers... what you put out - you get back. So maybe you should start with a smile and your whole experience will be better! Not to mention your lives - oh and bonus, you glow when you smile!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Not only do they not have actual doctors on site, but they do not follow proper protocol and procedures like how a practicing physicians office would. I would know because I have been to two prior and the only reason why I tried Mystique is because my doctor is no longer practicing, unfortunately. I have learned my lesson and will only stick to REAL DOCTORS from now on. The office manager was so incredibly rude to me you would not believe. She yelled at me, belittled me, and hung up on me, twice. I have filed complaints with the Medical Board of California and the BBB. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I went to Macias dermatology for acne issues they prescribed me accune, mind you accune is so harsh and my skin wasn’t bad enough for accune and the consolation was $112 for like 10 mins!! I feel like they didn’t sit and talk to me like the lady at mystique did and it was a FREE consolation ! I originally went in tattoo removal but if you’re on accutane, they aren’t allowed to touch you because how harsh it is. We began talking about my acne and the lady talked to me for about 30mintues to an hour on what else I could do for my Skin. They defiantly don’t just want you’re money, they want you to feel amazing about yourself. I wish I remember the lady’s name but it’s an older lady with blonde hair and glasses. She has her room infront of the items they sell and waiting room area. She’s so nice and they office is beautiful. Everyone makes you feel wecomed. I recommend this place for sure!

The customer service was great. Everyone was very welcoming. If I decided not to do my hair laser removal treatment there was because their package was alot more expensive with less treatment than other places.
