Love the pampered long facials with lots of massage time! Everyone there does a good job of professionally achieving your skin-care goals! The Eminence product lines are among some of my favorites!

Overpriced, Bad Etiquette, and mixes religion with business. Up on the wall is a small cross with a bow tied around it like Easter. So I guess they're saying they don't want business for Jews, Muslims, Atheists, or Hindus because obviously they're telling everyone who walks in whose faith rules here. Then in the wax room they have little signs on the ceiling with words on them that remind me of pre-school rules. Next, bad etiquette. The first time I went there to be waxed it was okay, not great, but was charged $38 fine. I wasn't told that different people do waxing. Then set up another appointment and it was a different person. The receptionist didn't even tell me the name of the person doing it. Bad etiquette. Receptionists always say who the appointment will be with. It's standard. Then when I tried to explain how I wanted my face and brows waxed the girl (dark hair, looks Mexican or Native American and wears no make-up) looks at me like she's thinking "WTH?" HELLO, I'm paying to have my face waxed, obviously I care about my appearance. She had attitude then charge me $45. It wasn't worth that especially with the attitude. I mean really is it so hard for a place of business to practice etiquette, listen nicely to a customer's request regarding their own face, and keep your religion to your self. This place has no class.
