Clean, wonderfully located property. Limited frills hotel great for an overnight stay or two. Right next to a beautiful plaza and a simple 3 minute walk to the beach.

I am so disappointed that this is the hotel I chose to stay at two weeks ago when I visited Puerto Rico. The hotel rooms are tiny, there was dismal lighting in the bathroom, and when you take a bath since there is no shower door water goes everywhere. The room was not clean quite frankly I found the room to be filthy from the time I got there to the time I left. There was a build up of dust behind the bed, the floors were sticky and black from filth (I was walking around in socks and I didn't even bother packing them to bring home I left them in the trash bin of the room from how disgusting they got from the dirty floors), the AC made a horrible sound that didn't let me sleep. The breakfast was horrible in my opinion, one of the toasters wasn't even working. As if that wasn't enough the hotel screwed up and did not charge the credit card that I used to make the online reservation and instead charged the remaining balance for my stay on the credit card that I provided upon check in when I repeatedly told them I wanted the entire hotel stay charge on the credit card that I originally used. I attempted to call the hotel after I discovered the mistake (the mistake that they made) and I spoke to someone in reservations who was not only extremely rude and though she admitted that the person when I checked in/out made the mistake, that there was nothing they could do now and basically I had to deal with it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid an egregious $593 for a three night stay at this dump.. This three night stay at this hotel should have been no more than $300 at the most. I was totally ripped off. They screwed up my credit card payment and the room was dirty. Never again.

The hotel staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It's also in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, casino, etc. The one downfall is the shower- it sounds absurd but there is nothing in place to keep the water in. You end up flooding the entire bathroom and it stays wet for hours. It makes it almost unusable and I am embarrassed the Holiday Inn ever agreed to this design.

The room was dirty and had bugs. A coworker I was traveling with had roaches and broken bathroom features. Not good for business travelers!!!! Fortunately they let us check out and waved the extra charge. Will never consider this place again.
