We enjoyed a wonderful 6-day stay at La Concha this past week. The entire support, especially Francis, were friendly and helpful during check-in and answering any questions. Although slightly more pricey, the newer tower of the hotel was well worth the added cost - we enjoyed beautiful ocean-front views and plenty of space. The hotel has complimentary water and bug spray around the resort and PLENTY of lounge chairs. We spent most of our time at the beach, and never had an issue getting lounge chairs, same goes with the pool areas. With the resort being very family-friendly, the adults-only pool was appreciated as well. The only downer was that there is no concierge lounge, and that rather than comp the $32 breakfast buffet for platinum status members, we were provided a discount voucher, which still left daily breakfast fairly costly. That said, I preferred to grab breakfast at the spot across the street instead (which was AMAZING and only $6-7/person). All in all, I was very pleased with the stay and enjoyed San Juan very much. We're looking forward to returning!

We had the opportunity to briefly visit La Concha due to a delayed flight. The airline (United) put us up in a beautiful room overlooking the beach for an afternoon, and that was enough to leave a very positive impression of the resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The views and amenities were fantastic. We will be back for a full stay soon!

I loved this place because they have four pools... Adult pool, ocean view pool, kids lower pool, and upper kids pool. Great food service except for the restaurant, "Solera". Took hour and a half to get three plates of food. Nice people and going to Old San Juan for shopping or eatery is amazing! Thanks for reading this receive.đ
