The rooms are spacious and with great views. The hotel has a nice Casino area and a nice pool area. The location is superb. It's close to everything downtown San Juan. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a great time will come back soon.

Besides the point that it is right in the middle of the action in the San Juan / Miramar area and that it looks great, the service at this location is by far the best I've experienced at any hotel period! The people here go far beyond the call of duty to make sure one is taken care of. Everyone, from the valet to the Managers are amazing. They make one feel not like a guest, but like family. My wife Chary travels a lot for business and for the last 2 years she has made Sheraton, this specific Sheraton her 2nd home. When I get there and see that everyone knows her on a 1st name basis and go out of their way to make sure she's taken care of, that gives me the greatest satisfaction and relief became i know she's in a safe place amongst family. We will definitely keep coming back here. We love you guys!...and thank you for everything.

Hubby and I stayed from April 20-24. Nice hotel. The pool is super small but nice. I also like the many restaurants on site but be prepared to spend at least $20 per person without drinks. Its also away from the life of San Juan so we caught an uber several times a day for sightseeing and food. Uber has to pick you up on the next street over because the compete with the taxis. Overall nice quiet hotel.

Everything about this hotel was superb! I can't express this enough! From the meals at 'Choices' to the drinks at the bar. The mini cafe, and even room service. There was no shortage of great food here. The customer service from the moment we stepped out of the cab until we left and they hailed a cab for us, was absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful if you have to go to the convention center which is literally right across the street. There are quite a few restaurants/bars within walking distance, and they have the tour bus pick up across the street as well. Their infinity pool was beautiful and the view from it is somewhat surreal. The rooms were clean, all of the staff treated our needs with urgency and the tourism specialist was very informative! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!
