The beach and hotel grounds are really nice. Nothing really to say about the rooms. Their ok but hotel is too far from anything that's happening. Spent over a week here and would recommend staying either in old San Juan, condado or Isla Verde areas. Too far from anything.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside of some of the towers definitely need work. Very nice inside with a super responsive staff. You have access to all of the amenities of the Hilton such as the private beach, and the bar with swim up access. This is the only destination for us going forward.

The trip didn't start off great for us so I tried not to let that be the bias of my opinion, but when your maid robs you when you leave your room for an hour to go to the beach and come back to realize the money you counted by hand before you left had $340.00 missing from your wife's purse it's kinda hard to give more stars. Security did file a report, however the Manager came to let us know that because we didn't put our money in the safe provided for us that they weren't responsible. I know this could happen anywhere, what bothers me is they were quick to blame me for not putting my money in a safe like I'm a suppose to expect housekeeping to rob me. The rooms are decent. The view from our room was great. The beach area and pool are the best I've ever seen. I wo
uld come back because Puerto Rico is Awesome, however if they don't make this right it won't be at any Hilton Resort, ever. I'm a man of principal. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle those mistakes. I've yet to see what they are going to do since they still have to interview the housekeeping workers. The other part that played a role in the one star review is the fact we booked through Expedia and arrived a day late due to flight cancelations. When we arrived at the Condado lagoon village at Caribe Hilton we were told our rooms were canceled that had already been paid in full, because we didn't arrive on time. So after two hours in the phone with Expedia after spending the night in an airport we finally got into our room. We still had fun on our trip because there is a lot of great things to do here at this resort, I just wouldn't wish the other events on my worst enemy.
