I stayed here for a night alone both before and after a stay at the Intercontinental and was very happy with my room (got the same room both times). The room was spacious and had a huge patio but didn't have any outdoor furniture, which was a shame though it did overlook the highway. The lobby and pool areas are very modern though the pool is fairly small and can get overcrowded. There is no shower area so if you are checked out of your room but have a late flight, you won't be able to freshen up much. I would definitely return if I needed some time alone in a clean location, though aside from the beach across the road, the area doesn't offer much you'd feel comfortable exploring on your own. The staff was A++.

Lovely hotel. The staff was wonderful and I have had an excellent experience. Clean, modern rooms. The air conditioning works better here than in any hotel I have stayed at in San Juan. I am working here, and will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurants were good. The hitel is right across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!!

Pretty good experience. Great customer service, check in was quick and easy. Beach is minutes away. Only con is basic rooms are pretty small. Not a huge biggie. Would stay again.
