Excellent hotel, we had a very good experience here. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Best service I've had in awhile. Rooms were spacious and clean. Really good value for the price, would highly recommend!

Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very roomy with a wonderful oversized showerhead and plenty of hot water. The roof has an excellent lounge area with a nice view of the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great service and restaurant. Perfect location. Good restaurants in area. Free parking. Water pressure was a little low.

There are of course, many choices in Puerto Rico. We have a favorite, but this one was substantially cheaper so we thought we would give it a chance. When we first walked in front of the building I wasn't too impressed but once we got inside, I felt much better about it. The people at the front desk were WONDERFUL the whole time we were there, especially Christian, he was professional but soooo funny. We had asked for the most quiet room away from the elevator and any smoking that may take place. They gave us the perfect room. When we walked into our room we felt right at home. This was our home for 6 days and boy did we get attached to it and the staff. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No loud parties or guests. It was so nice to come home to at the end of the day. Breakfast was cooked to order eggs with bacon, ham or sausage, toast and Puerto Rican coffee and juice which was complimentary (you could order anything else off the menu but you had to pay for it). Granted, there were prettier hotels in Puerto Rico and hotels on the beach but for the money and all of the things I mentioned above, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. There is a bus stop right outside your hotel door. If you are a loud partier, don't stay here, they won't put up with it. They have a beautiful rooftop where you can go and tan or just look at the beautiful views of San Juan, or sit in the evening and sip a glass of wine and relax. My only regret was there was no pool, but other than that. Mucho, Mucho bueno ( I probably slaughtered that) so in English it was very very good and we will stay there again!!!!!

This place saved our bacon when we booked an awful hotel nearby. Such helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms, decent breakfast and a roof terrace. Only negative point is the hot water runs out too fast. Highly recommend.
