Simple hotel but Amazing location. Consider your priorities before booking. If your looking for a lot of amenities like food and beach services choose another. If you rather have a not expensive hotel with an amazing location u got it

So before heading to the hotel last week I read the reviews and honestly terrified that i would have the worst experience and even tried to change my hotel prior to arriving with travel agent. I must say the staff is totally nice and made me and my fiance feel comfortable and very helpful. As far as the rooms i would only recommend for a one night stay . There was a cement brick under the bed and the rooms/bathrooms are very small. It felt like a little prison and the room windows do not open so there is no air coming in at all. The best thing about this hotel is that its right in front of the beach and at night its beautiful in the lobby. Even after the bad room experience just because of the hotel staff i would stay again ! Because of the staff we over looked all of the bad. So do not believe everything you read is what i have learned . If you look for trouble or issues you will find it pretty much. Ms . Harris

The plus: right on the beach. Parking available for $20/day. Soft and comfy bed and pillows. Generally clean and friendly staff. The cons: there is no bar or restaurant on premises. The hotel is noisy at all hours. They don't allow you to sip a cocktail on the veranda overlooking the beach. There was no holder for the toilet paper in my bathroom. Rooms are rather small. This is a very basic, and older, hotel.

The BAD: -You have just enough room to open your door and walk around your bed. It's a very tiny room. -The front desk staff isn't professional or friendly. -Parking is a joke!! There are very few parking spots and you can barely fit your car in the spots so be extra careful or your rental car will get scratched. Plus the parking is 20 and 40 a day -You have to pay a $100 deposit, cash only!! The GOOD: -Its literally right there on the beach!! -Nice night life in the back with music and lights and drinks. Final note, if you're into nice luxury hotels and great service, this ain't the hotel for you. But if you like a hotel that's cheap, and you just wanna eat, sleep, shower and head back out and hit the city or the beach, definitely stay here.

Not bad for an overnight stay. Its $100 cash security deposit (they don't take credit card). The rooms where clean. The elevator needs some work done on it. But for $50 a night I didn't expect more. The best part was that it was in the middle of Condado and close to Old San Juan and La Placita.
