The rooftop bar / lounge / pool were awesome. Easy access to the beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels included, plus food and drink service delivered to you on the beach. Our room had a giant king bed, and although was one of the cheaper side street facing rooms, had big bright windows with partial ocean views and a long sunbed stretching across the full length of the room. Overall a great value for the mid range price.

We started off our Honeymoon here before heading off on a cruise and Stayed four wonderful nights. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The dark halls are different, but cool ambiance. I love how close it is to the beach and how well you are taken care of on the beach. Food on the rooftop is a bit over priced, but there is so much around to taste and try for a lot less. Great location! Pool is perfect to relax without sand and have some quiet time. The lounge areas are amazing as well. We Loved this place!!! Highly recommended!!! :) ....( 5 stars are in relation to cost and area. Not a true "5 star" hotel. )

Stayed for five wonderful days. The staff was very helpful. From room service, to the front desk and concierge. All were friendly and readily available to help. If they couldn't answer our question or help us, they had another staff member follow up that could help us. The rooms are great for the price. A 100 dollar deposit and up front with cost of tariff taxes and what is included at check-in. We had an ocean view and king size bed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I surely wasn't losing any sleep. We didn't have cable for the first night due to weather and the ice machine wasn't working on our floor during our whole stay. Small inconveniences in comparison to the price, view, location and staff. This hotel seems geared to catering to adults and couples. Which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The beach access is wonderful! Isla Verde is one of the prettiest beaches in my opinion. Hotel staff will bring chairs and umbrellas out at 9am and start putting them away around 5pm. I brought my own beach towel and was on the beach as soon as the sun rose. There are restaurants, souvenir shops and a grocery store all in walking distance. A quick cab ride to Old San Juan and airport. Cabs are always available outside the hotel. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and when we visit again we will stay at the WBC.
