Room 602 thermostat is broken. Wasn't fixed despite telling front desk each morning. AC wouldn't stay on/shut off. Didn't get a good nights sleep during my stay. Water in hot tubs on roof was tepid. Coffee at breakfast too watery. Same for porridge. Some simple fixes and I'd recommend this hotel. As is, I do not recommend this hotel.

Upon check in my girlfriend and I received the best welcome in Puerto rice we could have asked for. Jose the front desk agent was one to exemplify. From a detailed explanation on how to get to the nearest convenient stores and restaurants as well as advice on street awareness. Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and really paid attention to details. Keep in mind this is my first hotel review ever! I would definitely stay at the Wave on my next visit all thanks to Jose at the front desk.

Super experience. Great location, only a couple blocks from the beach. Nice rooftop terrace to hang out on, with two hot tubs. Solid rooms with comfy beds. Best thing about this place is the staff though. Jorge and his team were excellent! Above and beyond helpful at all times of day. On point recommendations for restaurants/bars, activities, places to see. Everywhere they suggested was awesome! Would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Puerto Rico.

Decent and small. The bed was comfortable. Parking isn't ideal and it's a short walk from the hotel but it's available for $8 per night unless you can find street parking, which you probably won't. The WiFi is really slow but manageable if you're just using your phone to look up some stuff. It's really slow if you're trying to look stuff up on the internet using your laptop. The staff was definitely the best experience with this hotel. 5 star staff.
