Clean rooms, but small. Very tiny compared to the average hotel in Florida. Included breakfast is nice. $16 a day for parking and there's barely any. Elevators don't feel really safe.

We stayed here for two nights. Check in was quick, the front desk agent was very knowledgable and was able to tell us about all the great local restaurants and attractions. We had a small view of the beach from our room which was a great plus. Comfy bed, I appreciated the bright lighting in the bathroom, clean room overall. Breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, assorted cereal, fresh coffee, fresh waffles-you make them yourself which I personally appreciated- assorted pastries (the corn and chocolate chip muffins were super moist and flavorful.) The location of this hotel is perfect. Really beautiful 5 minute walk to the beach, nice 10 minute walk to the plaza with all the bars, clubs, and restaurants, 5 minute cab ride to old San Juan. We didn't use the pool at all because the beach was so close so I can't comment on that. Overall we loved our stay here and we will definitely be staying here next time!

The staff were great, it was a bed to sleep on and a hot shower, no business center, no view, but close to lots of food and the beach

I like the location because it's working distance to stores and restaurants. But. Be aware of hidden fees. The clerk was trying to charge me for all kind of fees. I told her that I booked with booking and that I'm covered.
