Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

Had a wonderful experience here on a 4-day vacation. The hotel was reasonably priced, and the environment definitely made us want to stay and enjoy the pool. Concierge service was also great, as they recommended many excellent things to do. If you want to enjoy San Juan and surrounding areas, stay here.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Everybody was very friendly and always available for you. Building is very somptuous, swimming pool is gorgeous and hot tub is great too! Cocktails are great (and available in pitcher size). Rooms are great and very clean.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to in my life. The staff is so attentive your needs. The grounds were ALWAYS clean. The lobby bathroom was beautiful. My room was comfortable, the bathroom had a tub overlooking the ocean. They provide complimentary water, soda, and snacks daily. My last days were spent on the beach, and I truly enjoyed the food from Tacos and Tequila, and the sliders from Solerma.

A beautiful hotel with amazing views, extremely attentive staff but with a higher price point. Great location for group bookings for reward trips. Well maintained and beautiful rooms. Lots of pool chairs, full gym and spa. Pet friendly too.

This place is so shady I don't even know where to begin. We came down and enjoyed first stay and booked another the same stay for three weeks later. Get in room isn't ready hotel is overbooked. Bartender overcharged us for extra bottles we didn't buy and then we get our room and it's not even what we originally paid for! Do we get a refund? No! Service was banging on our door every 5 minutes and when I got the bill for three nights they swindled me almost $4000. Not worth it! Will never stay here again! All the reviews online are fake and bought. Read them. It's a joke and this hotel is just going to overcharge you to death. Don't let them charge your room!
