Its the nearest super market you may find.
Even tho its kind of small it actually has a large variety of foods. Its much more cheaper to buy here than in fast foods and you can actually have a balance and nutritious meal.
They serve Açai bowl and Sushi. Both good alternative than the fast foods near by.
If your old enough you can also buy wine and beer. They have a LARGE variety.
Again its a super market. However I personally LOVE IT. Im a local and buying in super max have helped in money and a healthy diet.

Very convenient supermarket across from the Plaza De Armas. If you are staying in Old San Juan, this is a great place to pick up beverages or snacks.

Poor selection and hard to go around (tight aisles). Also bad produce.

The Supermax of old San Juan. It's better than the Supermax in Isla Verde. It is also NOT to be mistaken for a prison.

Not bad, but a bit expensive. There are virtually no other options for groceries in the Old City.
