Acacia Boutique Hotel

May 12, 2015 This was a wonderful location choice to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The very large heated jacuzzi/pool was perfect for us. We spent time in it every day. The accommodations were excellent, as well as the food at the Niche Restaurant within the Hotel. We will be returning soon. Onika Nix Beautiful hotel and the restaurant Niche is FABULOUS!!! OMG!!! Stayed overnight on our way to a cruise. Would definitely stay there again. You should make a point to visit the restaurant no matter where you stay. Thank you for your gracious hospitality during our stay at your boutique hotel in February. We truly had the best time at your hotel. From the moment we walk through your lobby. We felt welcome. Joe front desk staff gave us a nice greeting, and the food and cocktails were delicious after our long flight from Pennsylvania. The room we had with a balcony and partial view of the ocean was lovely. Housekeeping did a nice job daily. Everyone was so nice. We enjoyed the bar at your sister hotel for a complimentary sangria. We look forward to returning and bringing our husband and more friends with us in 2018. Thanks again for a lovely visit.

A few steps from the beach in Condado. Customer service is lacking. Room service lacking (had mold and dry blood on my pillow cases upon checking in). Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Shower is impossible to enjoy... either extremely hot water or freezing cold; no in between.

Small but ok room. Aircondition is noisy. Good beds 4 in total. Bad conexion internett in room. Small swimming pool and the temperature could be higher to make it more komfortable . Restaurant is overpriced. Helpful staff.

Awesome small hotel next to Ocean Park beach. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, lots of good food in a short walk (even a walkable cigar lounge in Santurces). Love this place, have stayed here several times, will stay again.
