The only thing that this place has going for it is the nice view from the pool. When we were there we found out that the pool hadn't even been cleaned for three weeks. The entire place was outdated and it was clear that they treat their staff poorly and don't really care about maintenance. The beach at the hotel is a swap that has a smell that lingers throughout the entire area. When I went to walk by the beach my feet sunk into the sand up to my news and I lost my sandals on the process. There were no warnings of any kind telling you to not walk there or to be careful. The food was ok but had so many restrictions that you basically have to pay more to get what you want. All of the amenities and cool activities that they offer are false. Even the kayaks that they had you had to pay extra and that was all the had. Everything closed super early with nothing around the hotel past 8 pm to do.

Best of the hotels I've gone to! I loved the breakfast here! Their were alot of iguanas in the pool but they didn't bother, and oh, alot of bees, but other then that it was an awesome experience and the salt fields in front look nice! And from there you can go see El Faro de Cabo Rojo!

Terrible Experience, Service, Rules, Facilities and Food. NOT A SPA and wouldn’t consider a RESORT. They go by two names bahia salinas resort and spa is the other names they go by. Do not book here. If i could give it no stars I would Let me tell you that the pictures are pure garbage and deceiving. I choose this hotel because it looked nice in pictures and was looking for a place to stay that was nice and relaxing. The only thing really nice is the pool which closes every day at 7. The hotel was close to the light house and playa sucia, which is nice. But the rooms where dirty, cleaned with vinegar for some odd reason, the AC in the first room was broken, in the second room it took over 2 hours to cool. They make you turn it off when you are not in your room. Beware extra 25 dollar charge per day. The AC takes forever to cool, so that means being in heat for at least an hour. Mosquitos are a problem, because the AC is off, there are mosquitos in the room. Playa sucia has a lot of mosquitos to begin with so it should be expected to keep rooms cold to avoid the mosquitos that can carry ZIKA. The covers and pillows smelled. Then we realize that the hotel was charged the minute we swiped our card. SO basically the hotel said “ HEY WE GOT YOU!” Charged both days we initially booked with a no cancelation fee what so ever. This I have never seen. Then, all of the activities shown at the front such as Jet SKI, Boat rentals, Kayak, Battle boards etc, they only had Kayaks. False advertisement. The Bar was closed by 8. The restaurant runs on a generator that blows fumes into the rooms. See Picture please, this is literally in your way to go to your room. The food was not good and there is nothing anywhere close to get any. Breakfast was complimentary, Eggs, pancakes and hashbrown tasted as if it was a month old. I mean hard, plastic like eggs, cold and disgusting. The only good thing was the orange juice, Was glad they could not mess that up.
Great place! A different one! Great food. It's time to Relax Mode!
