Amazing place to go swimming. It has an amazing view if you climb a small rocky hill (do wear shoes for this, the path is rocky and if you fall you're likely to cut yourself). There is no lifesaver, so be aware of that, and the waves can get big, still if you remain washfull you can take your kids. There is free parking, and it easy to get to. There is also outdoor shower, but they are a bit DIY meaning the locals put a
hose in pvc pipes.

Nice view of waves breaking on rocks...salty pond on the shore. Walking distance from the Arecibo lighthouse and near La Cueva del Indio and the Christopher Columbus statue.
