Very disappointed. Stayed for 4 days. We chose this hotel because of the price and because it had a pool. We were told that we could not use the pool but that we could use the Marriott's next door pool. When we got to the room our view was the new construction the hotel is going thru. The shower floor was gooey, it was dirty. As a result of this we got itchy feet. Comforter had a funky smell. Bed sheet came off and we noticed the mattress had mold. One housekeeper was not friendly at all. Came in to shower late at night NO HOT WATER!!!!!! Check out day. NO HOT WATER asked the front desk they said they were having problems with water heater. Expedia should had mentioned that the hotel was going thru construction. Not worth the $88 a night we paid. Most I would pay for this hotel is $39 a night. Front Desk Clerks were very knowledgeable and friendly. Management should inspect rooms before new guests arrive. Cleanliness I give them an F.

No bar, no restaurant; just rooms and the pool. Need to improve the infrastructure.
