Mayagüez Resort and Casino

Disclaimer: Im reviewing just the water park, didn't stay in the actual hotel. Best pool in a hotel in PR, period. Didn't gave 5 star because of the prices to go to the water park. $22 per person including children plus the food you eat there plus you need to pay parking also.

Rooms don't even have a microwave. Bed was too small and we were offered a cot instead of what we were told upon reservation. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the pool area is amazing but they really skimmed on staff, service and ammenities.

This hotel is really nice. I love the pool, the beds are comfortable, breakfast and dinner are incredibly good at their restaurant and the casino is awesome! Have no bad comments about this hotel except the parking, it's just a bit uncomfortable, other then that I totally recommend it!

Rooms very outdated for the price. Also watch out for hidden charges, even though I payed for the hotel and taxes online, they still charged me $20 two days later as a "hotel fee" that they never will tell you when you check in.

Great service. Fun family place and the adjacent businesses are very kind.
