Great place, right on the beach. Worth renting as a couple or as a family. If a couple get either of the top two rooms. If a family and lager enough get the entire thing. No worries. Staff is super friendly and very much helpful. While I can give it 5, the internet is spotty in some rooms and sadly, not their fault, so is cell reception.
Overall a great location. Just. Insider the last two reasons to get away and rest.

Beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the view is breathtaking. I got married here and I can not even explain how perfect it was. The service here is above and beyond and the food....was AMAZING! This place needs 10 stars!

A Rare Gem in Rincon.
-Tres Sirenas is located directly on the water. I cannot stress enough how close it is in comparison to other properties. You will hear the waves at night and every room looks out at the ocean. It is feet away.
-Location. The inn is located at the end of a pleasantly residential street, away from the fray and more touristy side of Rincon. However, it is also very close to the town, the restaurants, and the surfing beaches. You have the best of both. It's an oasis.
-Hospitality. The level of hospitality is unparalleled for an inn of this kind. The owner, Lisa, is welcoming and knows about everything here; she really cares about her guest's happiness.
-Atmosphere. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is a set menu and it's very good. I slept very well in the beds. Pool is the perfect temperature. The other guests I meet there are always have always lovely and everyone is clearly enjoying themselves. I understand that majority of the guests are repeat customers.
-Instant fun. The beach is on the quieter side of the Rincon. The waves are minimal so it's easy to float around or stand on the sandy bottom. A number of yards out there is a small reef where one can see beautifully-colored tropical fish. Snorkeling gear is available for free and surfboards, stand-up paddle boards and kayaks are available for a nominal fee. No need to go elsewhere.
All in all, a truly unique and wonderful place at a very good value.
Full disclosure: I stayed at Tres Sirenas recently when I was employed as the art director of Travel + Leisure magazine. Tres Sirenas is one of the two properties recommended by Travel + Leisure in Rincon. I give it my personal and professional approval!
Room Tip: All rooms are great, but the rooms on the second level are more choice.

This is the true gem of Puerto Rico, the house literally sits on the beach with waves lapping the sand feet away from the courtyard. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. The morning breakfast is always fresh and interestingly tasty. This is my fourth time here and not my last.

Loved this place! Stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 days. It's right on the beach and they make an amazing breakfast. This place is super convenient and close to everything. Everyone is so friendly and has a lot of amenities. Definitely coming back. The view is breathtaking and the room is great!
