mostly due to lack of customer service, failure to respond to text or even the ability to answer their phone. Granted my tour was cancelled due to weather, not their fault, they basically ignored any and all follow up requests, questions or inquiries regarding policy/procedure or options. I was texted, and there were a few responses, but then nothing. I have no idea if I am getting my money back or not, no confirmation of cancellation (granted been 3 minutes) but overall, terrible customer service. I understand tourists tend to get terrible customer service, but these are the reviews that people read, as did I. not a good look Pure Adventure, not at all.

These guys are awesome, they do scuba diving, snorkling very well. The scuba dive shop is very professional, has a state of the art boat, and are very knowledgeable about the dive sites. While other companies out of fajardo only go to one location, this scuba shop has a huge range of different sites and hand picks your dives based on the conditions of the day. I highly recommend using this scuba dive shop for your Puerto Rico scuba diving adventures. We saw beautiful coral, sea turtles, lobsters, hermit crabs, grouper, and a 5 foot diameter sting ray!

Billy was an amazing instructor. He was patient and kind. He taught our small group how to use the buttons, and taught us some science. I this experience was amazing, and im willing to do this again next year!

Carlos really did such a great job leading us underwater for diving. Very patient, and informative. The whole company does an amazing job guiding their guests. The boat was clean, the beer was cold and they served wonderful little snacks! Highly recommended. The island of vieques was stunning!
