Nice hotel. The lady at the front desk was really helpful. Even helped us order papa johns. Had no idea it was going to be above a hospital.

If you are planning to go to a concert in San Juan like I did ,this is the place to stay at ,Good rates, close to the train station that will take you straight to the concert area with out moving your car. Just 15 min away from the Condado area.

Horrible, real horrible experience. Its nothing like its posted in the ads.. And by the way its not a Hotel its a motel. There's no host there the person that was there was actually using one of the rooms for herself and for our surprise she was the one in charge, really!? She didn't know what to do when we arrived and had to call her mother. P.D. for around 114.00 per night you can get something worth better . oh and please clean it up it has a horrible stench of urine.
