Absolutely terrible! This old caucasion lady with short hair cut my hair and did not listen to a single word I told her. My hair grows uneven and is a bit shorter in the middle. I told her I did not want it evened out because it is still growing. She however did not think that was a good idea and proceeded to cut three inches off after I made it clear that that wasn't what I wanted. No only is my hair shorter than I wanted but it is also uneven. The right side is significantly longer than the left. I am never coming back and she should be fired.

I have been going to this salon for about 2 years now and although I do not go often, I will only go here and will only see Cyndy. She is fantastic! She listens to what I want, will make suggestions if needed and always does a wonderful job! My color looks fabulous and the cut is always perfect! Ask for Cyndy and you will not regret the choice. I will not go anywhere else!

Schedule with Cindy if you can! She's great! Been going to her for over a year now and she does a solid job every time I go to see her.

This is my first time doing a review but after having an amazing experience I had to say something about it. I had several bad experiences with Hair Cuttery. Don't get me wrong, not all of them are bad; there are just some stylist that aren't that good. But I really needed a hair-do badly so I stopped by at the Hair Cuttery right in my neighborhood and that's where I met Julie. She was great, very confident and intelligent. Greeted me warmly and asked how I wanted my hair. Before she even touches my hair she even asked for permission to touch it! Every step she did she told me what she'll do and by the end of the service I was a new women! I felt great and even LOOKED GREAT! I love my new hair and I'll be sure to come back to her again!

A weird old lady who I could barely understand and apparently couldn't understand me cut my hair here. I ask for a pretty standard male haircut, but she still managed to miss several spots and screw it up pretty bad. I had to go get it fixed somewhere else and am never going back to this Hair Cuttery.
