The rooms are clean and nice, but I never saw an employee or someone else, when I arrive 7:00pm I have to call to an emergency number in the stairs, because no one was there. And they give me the code to my room by phone, no keys. The checkout, wow I just close the door and leave. Like a ghost hotel. No Lobby no reception, no customer service. Is sad because the installations are very nice and beautiful, but at least they should show off when someone arrive.
