Schöne, weitläufige Anlage mit Wohnungen zum mieten und kaufen. Die Wohnungen selbst sind groß, zum Teil über zwei Etagen und schon vollständig möbliert. Eine Erlebnisbad Landschaft, Tennisplätze, Fitnesscenter und 18-Loch Golfclub sind auf dem Gelände integriert. Ohne Erlaubnis kommt niemand in die Anlage und zum Meer sind es 8 min. mit dem Golfwagen.
