I arrived here at 10am and my check in time was not till 2pm but the young lady was very nice and accommodated me with no issues she held my luggage and said she will clean a room quick if I wish I could walk around or sit for 10min they were quick and friendly it's a Small quiet place, when I walked in the lobby was very chic looking but very hot as it has no glass windows only wooden panels but once your in the room you'll be fine, once u get to the desk it's a small computer there and a washer and dryer. It's really quite and the staff was nice. if your looking for something to hide away but yet still be close to the night life, it's a cool place a little bit pricey for what you get but ok. the room was small with two twin beds, small eating table wit 2chairs, desk and 32 inch TV the bathroom was very small but clean one thing though the window in the bathroom was panels so it was very hot and humid but the air condition in the room kicked up some powerful cool air there was a balcony on the west side of the build u only see other buildings maybe higher floors may get glimpse of the lagoon the east side looks over an empty lot.

Great hotel in a nice area with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It has a very courteous staff with a comfortable outdoor seating area.

Cheap, close to the beaches and interesting places, very clean, nice staff. This hotel is not recent but is well maintained. So it is not perfect but absolutely decent. Everything is already very good. I you wanna stay in San Juan for cheap and in good condition this hotel is for you! I actually spent 13 days over there. The building may look pretty old fashion but is in fact very clean and well maintained throughout. It takes around 3 minutes walk to get Condado beach. It is close to all amenities (bus, restaurants, post office, supermarkets, ...) and to old San Juan and La Plaza del Mercado. Each room is spacious, contains a fridge, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. I was very happy with the breakfast which include good coffee, orange juice, many sorts of breads, cereals, pastries and fruits all you can eat and in self service. Others hotel in the area offers parking deal if you are driving. There is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing material. The staff (cleaning, maintenance, front desk) is absolutely LOVELY and deserve a reward for their kindness except one guy: Manuel (who proceeded mycheck-in) with a very strange and intrusive behavior and saying that he is the boss while he is actually not. Dealing with this guy was my only one disappointment in this hotel. Ultimately, this hotel is suitable both for short and long stay. I would come back with pleasure!
