Roof leaked after just being repaired by ABC and they say it is not covered by their warranty. Horrible customer service.

INCREDIBLE! After SIX roofing companies provided us with an estimate for a roof leak it was solely ABC who found the REAL leak no one even suspected! I was astounded! I spoke with Stephanie at the office who was absolutely extraordinary! She was kind, sympathetic and expedient in all our communications. She booked a quick date for the estimate and Maurio (the estimator) not only provided us with an extremely accurate explanation of our problem but also provided us with a detailed picture of the leak. It couldn't have been easier! Within no time we were scheduled for a repair. The roofers were so knowledgeable and shortly thereafter, the tile layers were there replacing the necessary tiles which matched our original roof tiles so closely it was difficult to see the difference! In today's fast-paced world, everyone boasts about excellent customer service and usually never achieves it. ABC Roofing actually goes above and beyond any expectations for customers service and provides the ultimate in customer service!

I will give three stars because the roof repair did not leak for about 13 months, so the roof repair lasted one rainy season. However, the warranty (1 year) expired by the time it did start leaking in the same area.

Incredible! I called to get an estimate--they came out the next day, took care of my small problem on the spot! Super courteous technician. Couldn't be more impressed. These are my guys when I need to replace my roof.

Hector did our inspection for proposal and he did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and was polite and patient. He is genuine and gave a great price for our leak repair. We recommend ABC roofing and highly recommend Hector!
