Called the Plavica (Santurce) location, set an appointment (next day), and they had everything replaced in 1 hour (Marbete, Expresso, etc) from arrival. Uber convenient location, solid customer service. I recommend this place based solely on the outstanding service. More places on the island should service the public like this... Wow!
