Slowest customer service on the planet. The one star I'm giving them is very generous compared to what they really deserve. Employees show complete disregard for waiting customers; John Legere would have a heart attack if he found out how this (Plaza Isabela) store operates. I walked in to purchase a phone but was so disgusted by the lack of care that I walked out with the desire to never come back. Re-training is needed badly.

Alex was professional, sweet and made the experience of adding a new line positive. Tyvm Alex. I totally recommend going to this store. Every time positive so far!

So my mother's phone breaks and I go into a T-Mobile to add a line to my account. At first I had a really hard time but the due diligence of one of their employees Julio. I was able to get my mother her new cell phone.
