Came for a recall and had to return twice because they did not have or ordered the wrong part. Had to inquire about car status because it was taking more time than estimated by them just to find out that the service was not done. I had to ask twice for the car. The paperwork for returning the car was not done after almost an hour of finishing working with the car. Also overpriced service.

Is a car dealership, the general manager is pushing the vendor and staff. This dealer don't have the attention and patient the customer needs before buying.

Service is mediocre. Just overall management of the place is terrible. Employees do not contact you on time, scheduling is impossible, not enough staff.
