There always a line. You have to register in a computer with all the names, but then if you come back you are registered. Then you have to go on the cashier (be prepared it's not 5 dollars) they give give you a wrist band to use the area for an hour. You have to buy their socks in order to use it. At firs I was paying normal price, but it was only to check on the kids. Nobody told me or suggest me but then in one of my several visits I insisted the I was not gonna jump like a kid that I was a mom and all I was gonna do was check up the kids, so they gave me a spectator wrist band. so I you are not gonna use the facilities you can ask for the spectator wrist band at no charge. For and hour it's lots of fun for the kids.

Really nice and fun. My kids had a great time. Never thought jumping was so fun

Great for the kids...but the overall impression is so profit orientated that if you aren't participating (paying) and your kids don't require too much supervision, you can just sit there staring at the walls. Limited menu, no wifi, no comfortable seating (unless you're willing to pay for a massage chair).

If you can, go on weekdays before 2 pm, is half the price and you have room to really enjoy the place. Avoid weekends!, if is your first time, try filling out the forma through internet, it takes forever to do it once you're there. Excellent pizza at the restaurant
