Good customer service. Crowded between 8-10 am and between 5-7 pm. Although it has a ladies area, they never use it which makes the men's area (or general area) full.

The group classes are really good and there's a waiting area for the children. The downside is they have so much personnel turnover that the customer service becomes affected.

Hated the gym. You must sign up for a 2 year contract at $50 a month. The hours are terrible since the weekend it is only opened 5 hours Saturday and 3 Sunday. My husband is paying $115 a month since he was unable to close the account after the membership ended. I had surgery a month and a half after opening the account and they still made me pay the 2 years of contract. Not really about the people, all about the money.
