I really like this gym. Just started and been in 5 times. Always friendly and clean. It can get very busy from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. If you can go during off hours, you'll have a good experience. If during peak hours, it's tough.

This is one of the worst, most pretentious and inattentive gyms I have ever been to in my life. I dealt with this place for a bit over two years as unfortunately San Juan does not have all too many good other options but in the end decided to leave. I tried to cancel my membership for about 6 weeks straight, but every time I came in, no one was available. I asked for them to contact me, but nothing, no response to emails. Finally (after waiting over an hour at the gym) I got to talk to the 'new" manager and was able to cancel my membership and of course there was a thirty day period, so I had pay for an additional month. How convenient that they were MIA for about 6 weeks. Why did I leave? Ok, here we go: - unfriendly receptionists, they don't even acknowledge you because they are too busy with either checking their cell phone, reapplying their make up, checking themselves out in the mirror or talking to their co-workers or buddies. I am serious, I am not even exaggerating - for two years they had been promising to expand the gym but instead they added more office spaces and removed one of the two stretching areas. the offices are always empty and when you need to talk to someone regarding your membership: no one is there. - there is ONE water fountain for the entire gym - trainers: the trainers hang out at the gym and do their own work outs during rush hour - the gym feels too small and there is too many people, you constantly have to wait for an equipment or people walk even into you during your exercise - THE MUSIC, OMG its so damn loud. They want to create a kind of night life feel in complete disregard to what customers prefer. Most people have their headphones on but I doubt you can even hear your own tune as the music played in the gym is so damn loud. I was so frustrated with this place and their lack of attention to the customer. The only thing the biz seems to care about is their BRANDING. They spend all their efforts on that rather than on customer service. STAY AWAY!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT MAY LOOK LIKE THE MOST LUXURIOUS "FIRST CLASS GYM" IN PUERTO RICO YOU HAVE EVER SEEN, BUT BEWARE! After cancelling my membership six months ago, I was still receiving charges for every month to my credit card, and came to the club in Guaynabo (San Patricio) to find out why I was still receiving the same montly charges and was receiving late fees when I had already spoken to the one of the reprepesentatives who offered me the membership when I had first signed up about a year ago and had submitted the form about the cancellation to them a long time ago. One of the managers named Sasha left me outside waiting for 25 minutes because she was too busy talking on the phone. After a long wait, I came inside to her office and explained to her the situation. She refused to refund me for the charges that had been made to me after I cancelled my membership 6 months ago, claimed that they dont have anything on file at all, and said that it was not their fault, and it gets even better, she wanted to keep charging for the following month because she said that it was their policy, after it is all their mistake. What kind of gym would have the adacity to tell you that it is your fault that they are not organized?, what kind of manager would be so rude to her members and give me an attitude that she wont allow me to speak to any other representive because she is the one who is right and not me?, what kind of manager would leave you standing 25 minutes outside while she was too busy talking on the phone (the reprensentative on the front desk had to call her three times before she called me inside). It is such a shame how bad management can ruin a business. I can't believe how they can make you so many offers to be part of their membership club, but the customer service and respect is ZERO. It is not fair at all that after I cancelled my membership six months ago, they did not place it on file and accuse me of being disorganized. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FITNESS CLUB TO ANYONE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I HOPE MANAGEMENT DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

What a beautiful gym!!! LIV has all the equipment you'll need (squat rack, cardio equipment, free weights, etc) for your workout and the staff is awesome! Shoutouts to the super friendly and welcoming front desk staff, you guys rock :) !
