You can't beat the location if you love the beach. The airport is visible (and audible) from the facility so it is very convenient to reach when flying into San Juan. The facility is nice and well kept. The staff are very pleasant. I have stayed here both for business and pleasure. It's a good place for a small (100 or less) meeting/conference. The rooms are rather nice as they are spacious with comfortable beds. I have had a balcony with the rooms in which I have stayed and I have made good use of those. My tip is to get a room on a high floor with a beach view. There is a rather nice pool area with a bar and a restaurant practically poolside. There is a casino on site if you like that sort of thing. The hotel restaurants are decent and not horribly expensive. But there are also a few eateries within walking distance that are accessible if you want something different or want to save a little money. In addition, there is a grocery that is a 15-minute walk. The only downsides I can cite are that you do hear the jets taking off a few times a day. I also found a cockroach in my room once...but it is the tropics and that will happen on occasion. Just don't leave food out in your room. I'm sure they do their best to keep up an extermination protocol but those critters are pretty resilient in a climate like the one in Puerto Rico.

Hotel grounds are beautiful. The room was dated, the A.C. unit was a wall unit but covered by a cabinet so it barely cooled the room. The beds are very hard, and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful. A lot of the staff was rude and unhelpful (if you spoke english) my husband is Puerto Rican and speaks Spanish, so I saw the difference in the way they treat english speaking tourists. The food and snacks are outrageously expensive. I suggest walking to Metropol or Plato's to eat they are both great. Other than that it was a great location and the beach was beautiful.

Very clean and friendly place. Very family friendly but casino gets very busy on the weekends making it Tuff to park in parking garage.
