Love this yoga studio great for vacationers and locals alike. The instructors are knowledgable and friendly I'm sure you would be pleased with all of them but I take Cheryl's class and I love it because as a beginner I needed a patient instructor who was well informed on the easier variations as well as the more complex. Her classes always have a range of students from novice to expert and everyone always seems satisfied. I needed an expert who would stress the importance of form. As a personal trainer I too emphasize form to all my clients so it is really great to be learning from someone who shares my values. You will not be disappointed by this studio :)

Hank was a super cool instructor. Much needed yoga underneath almond trees. The sounds of the beach, the feel of the breeze was so tranquil!

Only the best teachers, and just steps from the ocean. Need I say more? The place & the people are fantastic! The bodega has some great gear, too.
