This really is one of the best crossfit/functional training gym in the metro area. There philosophy is a little bit different if you compare it to other functional training gyms. They take the time to teach the movements, the skills. The WOD's are little longer when you compare it to other gyms. And that's the best part. The other difference is that they have a skill segment not a strength segment, before the WOD. The prices are the best and the coaches very friendly and knowledgeable. The owners, Francisco and Alejadra are attentive.
