This place is fantastic for anyone looking to learn self defense, have fun, and stay mentally and physically fit. Juan is a wealth of martial arts experience and Franciso is a phenomenal grappler and MMA fighter who can pass along lots of his expertise. Easy going guys who make all feel welcome, I stooped on for a class and I felt like I've known them for years! If you live in or visit San Juan and you are considering training, you Must check out TriStar MMA.

Excellent trainers, excellent coaching, overall the best experience I've had in any dojo I've ever attended. The coaches really help you understand all the technicality of every move and why they do them. Really impressed with the knowledge everyone has. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone wanting to practice and get fit.
