We worked with the owner, Buck, for almost a year on design and finishes. The experience in dealing with Buck and his team was exceptional from start to finish. We also very much enjoyed working with his preferred vendors on selection of finishes. Each one treated us like VIPs and helped us so much with making the right design choice while still staying on budget. Once the project started, the entire on site team was very thorough and pleasant to work with. The schedule was very accurate and completed on time. Any punch list items were promptly addressed and anything we felt we wanted to change, they were accommodating throughout the process. We will definitely use Collins Tile again in the future to remodel other rooms in our house. Right up to the last detail, we were constantly in touch with Buck and management. It's also worth noting how friendly and professional the entire onsite team is. When people are in your house daily for six weeks, this makes a big difference!

Thank you to Collins Tile and Stone! We initially contacted them to tile our kitchen floor as the vinyl had started to bubble. After removing the vinyl we found that the problem was much worse due to a leak from the dishwasher. We decided to gut the kitchen and replace everything except the appliances. After reading the reviews on Angie List we decided to go with Collins Tile and Stone. Their quote compared to others was on par. They weren't the cheapest and weren't the most expensive. We initially met with Buck in regards to what we wanted and showed us pictures of projects they have done before. They looked great and I appreciated his enthusiasm showing them to us. He wasn't trying to sell anything like most companies. Once we started we met with Molly the kitchen designer and she showed us our options. She then put together a drawing depicting what we talked about. They had endless options, truly something for everyone. Next came the tile and granite. We went to his distributors warehouse and decided on a marble backsplash and granite counters. Again the options were endless. At the start of the job Buck's team removed all the old cabinets and saved the appliances in the garage. The team then had to wait till the vinyl floor which we found out contained asbestos to be removed by a professional. We also decided to go with hardwood so they had to work around the installation of that. Buck's team never complained about having to work around other contractors. They took everything in stride. Once the cabinets arrived Buck's team started to roll. They had everything up in no time. In the middle of the project we decided not to keep our existing under cabinet lighting which they planned on and to go with LED lights. It caused them to adjust their plan which they did without a problem. During the punch list there were a few items that needed to be rectified. Buck worked with the Molly to resolve the small issues that we had with a few door panels. It took a while for the manufacturer to make the doors and send them to us, but they eventually came out to install them. Number 1 rule was don't pay your contractor before they are done because they won't fix the punch list items. Well we paid Collins Tile and Stone before the warranty items with the cabinets were fixed. After being paid Buck remained in contact with us about the last few items and came out to fix the issues a few weeks later. It is hard now a days to find a contractor that you trust but Buck and his team (Kirk and Eddie) are extremely trustworthy. A few days I had to be at work while they were here. Anytime they had a question, they called asked it and in some cases took pictures to determine how we wanted it. Most contractors would just do it and then if you don't like it either argue with you or fix it later. Buck's guys always got it right the first time! After using the new kitchen for a few months we have no regrets and there is nothing we are unhappy with. We love the kitchen and everyone that comes over is astonished with the job Buck's team did. We look forward to working with Buck in the future.
